Derrick Donnelly - Chief Scientist, Blackbag Technologies
Derrick Donnelly currently serves as the Chief Scientist at BlackBag Technologies, a leading provider of multi-platform forensic software and hardware solutions. Donnelly was a regular instructor at the FBI Computer Analysis and Response Team (CART) for over eight years, and has taught numerous other international, federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies around the world. He was asked to participate in the first working group on computer forensic training and cross border search and seizures at the United States Department of Justice. Prior to BlackBag Technologies, Donnelly spent several years leading the IT Security Department at Apple Computer, where he architected and deployed secure computer/network solutions and oversaw all technical investigations and forensic analysis. Focusing on protecting Apple's intellectual property, he played key roles in securely implementing iTunes, Mac and the Apple online stores. Before joining Apple, Donnelly served as a federal law enforcement officer for the Competition Bureau (Industry Canada) in Ottawa, Canada, managing the computer forensics group, and lecturing at the Canadian Police College. He also worked closely with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and developed and delivered the first course at the Canadian Police College dedicated to Macintosh forensics.

Margaret Weichert - Deputy Director for Management, OMB
Margaret Weichert currently serves as Deputy Director for Management at the Office of Management and Budget.

Ms. Weichert is a seasoned business executive who has served as a Principal at Ernst & Young, LLP since 2013. In her 25 year professional career, Ms. Weichert has also held executive leadership positions at Bank of America, First Data Corporation, and Andersen Consulting focused on strategy, innovation, and business transformation in banking and payments technology.

An innovator and entrepreneur, Ms. Weichert also co-founded an Internet company, Achex, Inc., and sold that company to First Data in 2001. As a result of her innovative work in payment technology, Ms. Weichert is an inventor on 14 successful U.S. patents. An avid supporter of technology innovation in Georgia, Ms. Weichert has served since 2010 on the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG)’s Fintech Steering Committee.

She holds a B.S. of Foreign Service (Magna Cum Laude) from Georgetown University, a post-graduate diploma in Economics with distinction from the University of Sussex (UK) and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley. Ms. Weichert also is certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma. She is a current resident of Falls Church, VA.

Suzette Kent - Federal CIO, OMB
Suzette Kent currently serves as the Federal CIO at the Office of Management and Budget. Ms. Kent is an industry leader of large-scale business transformation using technology, for the world’s most complex organizations. She most recently served as a principal at EY and has been a partner at Accenture, consulting president at Carreker Corporation and a Managing Director at JPMorgan.

Although technology change has been at the core of her professional career, retooling the workforce and creating new opportunities for people has been an essential element of efforts that she has led. She has served as an enterprise leader for organizational learning, diversity and inclusiveness, and career development at every organization in which she has worked.

Ms. Kent is a frequent speaker in global industry forums, publisher of thought leadership pieces and holds patents in banking processes.
