FAQ

Registration

Your Reunion registration fee helps to offset the cost of the food and programming that makes Reunion such an enjoyable event.

Fees:
Early Bird registration (by Oct. 1): $20
Regular registration: $30

How can I pay for my Reunion Registration?
Payment can be made through our online registration page using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, or by calling the Alumni Relations office: (413) 565-1591

Can I make my annual contribution to Bay Path at the same time as my Reunion registration?
Of course—and thank you! When registering you’ll see a box to add an additional donation. All donations made from this page will go to The Carol A. Leary Endowed Scholarship Fund for First Generation College Students. Simply add the additional amount that you’d like to designate as your charitable gift to Bay Path. All current, (as of October 26, 2019), Bay Path University donors are invited to a special Alumni Donor Reception with Dr. Leary at Reunion from 2:00 - 3:00PM.

Can I register now and pay when I arrive for Reunion?
No, payment must accompany the reservation.

When does registration open/close?
Pre-Registration is open now and will close on October 18. After that date, you will have to register on the day of the event (see below for details).

If I didn’t pre-register, can I still attend?
Yes. Check-in at Blake Student Commons upon your arrival. Day-of registrations will be accepted from 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Meal reservations will be accepted after October 18 on a space-and meal- available basis only (a $5 per adult, per meal late fee will apply).

Cancellations & Refunds

If I register and can’t attend, can I get a refund?
Registration fees are nonrefundable after October 18. Requests for refunds must be made no later than October 18. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed following the completion of Reunion (October 26). Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of your refund.

Another option is to call the Alumni Office to tell them that you are no longer able to attend Reunion, but would like your registration fee to be used as your annual contribution to Bay Path instead. This makes your registration a charitable gift instead.

Guests

Can I bring a guest/spouse/partner/child?
Yes.

What is the fee for guests?
We happily welcome all guests to Reunion free of charge.

Will there be programming for children?
Not necessarily. All programming will be family-friendly, but there will be nothing specifically geared toward children.

Can I bring my pet?
No. Pets are not allowed in campus buildings; service animals are allowed.

Parking & Transportation

Where should I park?
Parking will be available in all lots on campus (see campus map below). Our suggestion would be to park in either Lots A or C for easiest access to Reunion events. Additional handicapped parking is available behind Deepwood Hall. If you need special accommodations made, please call the Alumni Office at (413) 565-1591.

Will there be a shuttle to take me to and from my hotel?
No. Shuttles are only available for the Philip H. Ryan Health Science Center campus tour.

Where To Eat

As a part of Reunion, a continental breakfast (or brunch reception for the 50th reunion and older classes) and lunch will be provided on campus in Blake Student Commons. All other meals will be on your own. Download a great list of restaurants in the area, including some that are owned by Bay Path Alumni (marked with a *).

There is no assigned seating at any of the meals, so you are free to sit with whomever you’d like—old friends and new!

What To Do

Once Reunion is over, you are free to do what you’d like in and around town. We will have materials with local attractions or events that are happening around town available at the Registration/Information table in Blake Student Commons.

You can download a list of local activities here.

Special Assistance

I will need a wheelchair or special assistance for a medical condition.
Contact Laura Metallo, 413.565.1591, to discuss your needs and/or obtain information. If you use a wheelchair, we will have volunteers available to assist you.
