Please meet at Empsall Hall no more than 10 minutes prior to your tour’s scheduled start time. Designated guest parking is available on the west side of Empsall Hall.
At the start of your visit, an admissions counselor will welcome you to our campus, share expectations for your visit, and share information. Next, you and your guests will be led on a campus tour stopping at select areas of campus while following COVID-19 safety protocols. For safety reasons, buildings visited during the tour may be limited. Science labs may be included on a limited basis for Friday and Saturday tours. While we cannot guarantee that visitors to campus will not be exposed to COVID-19, we are strictly following all guidelines from the Commonwealth and CDC to try and ensure your safety. Philip H. Ryan Health Science Center Tours:
This tour is designed for high school and transfer students interested in the Pre-Physician Assistant, PAthways, and Pre-Occupational Therapy undergraduate programs at Bay Path University. Click here to register!
Please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before your tour’s start time. Designated guest parking is available in front of the building. Upon arrival, please call our reception desk at 413.565.1501 and wait in your car or outside the Ryan Center. Our student ambassadors will call you when they are ready for you to enter the building for your tour.
At the start of your visit, a student ambassador will welcome you, share expectations for your visit, and lead you on a building tour while following COVID-19 safety protocols. Please see additional important information below.
Important additional details for all tours:
All tours must be scheduled at least 24 hour hours in advance. Walk-in guests cannot be accommodated. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we are limiting each tour to one prospective student and no more than three immediate family members living in the same household. On-campus, we require that you wear a mask, maintain appropriate social distance, and complete a COVID-19 symptom tracking form in order to participate.
Visitors from out of state and all international visitors will need to comply with the latest Massachusetts Travel Advisory and must either:
- Visit Massachusetts for less than 24 hours
- Quarantine in Massachusetts for 10 days
- Receive a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of arrival in Massachusetts
- Recover from COVID-19, with a positive test more than 10 days ago, but less than 90 days ago, and not have symptoms
- Be fully vaccinated with two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines or one dose of the Janssen vaccine more than 14 days ago and not have symptoms
