Financial Aid
Apply for an FSA ID for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Complete and file the FAFSA online. Select Bay Path University's school code, #002122.
Receive your financial aid award.
Review your award letter. Please contact Student Financial Services with questions at sfs@baypath.edu or call 413-565-1256
Accept your award
BPU099 New Student Orientation
Before the start of classes, you will be required to complete BPU099 - New Student Orientation. This zero cost, zero credit online course is delivered through Canvas, Bay Path University’s learning management system, and is facilitated by support staff in departments such as Advising, Admissions and Academics.
You will be able to access your orientation experience on your Canvas Learning Dashboard, once you have officially accepted your offer of admission and have been enrolled. Please be sure you have activated your My Bay Path Portal and your Bay Path email account.
Bay Path Portal
The My Bay Path Portal is a secure site, available to enrolled students and accessible from any device with an Internet connection. Through your portal, you will have access to your Bay Path email, your courses (through Canvas - our Learning Management System), your financial aid package (through Net Partner) and other important resources. To login as a first time user:
On the My Bay Path Portal page, click the Login button.

Virtual Advising
One-On-One Advising Consultations
In the weeks leading up to the start of classes, your professional Academic Advisor & Success Coach will host a one-on-one advising consultation appointment, where you will learn about the advising tools and resources that are available to you, as well as more about your major and core curriculum requirements. Your Academic Advisor & Success Coach will also assist you in registering for your first semester courses. Prior to your advising consultation, please be sure to complete the following:
Activate your "My Bay Path" Portal account
Schedule an admissions acceptance appointment with your Admissions Counselor, to review important information regarding your upcoming enrollment Download the Bay Path University app on your smartphone or tablet (you must activate your "My Bay Path" Portal prior to download)
All new incoming students are required to complete our Advising Questionnaire. This questionnaire is one of the first tools your Advisor will use to better understand your individual needs, interests, and goals.

Parking Registration
Parking registration forms will be sent to you through email and will be available on the My Bay Path Portal under campus resources. If you have any questions please contact Campus Public Safety at 413.565.1224.
Medical Forms
Health Services requires all students who are taking on campus courses to upload and enter all required health documentation into the Student Health Portal.
Log into the My Bay Path Portal.
On the Welcome Page, click on "Student Health Portal - Medicat".
Submit the required forms (More information about what forms are required are on the Medicat welcome page).

Through The American Women’s College, we offer rolling admissions. Students are able to enroll 6 times per academic year. For specific questions regarding our academic calendar, or your enrollment options, please contact your admissions counselor.
Obtaining Student ID
Non-residents should contact the Department of Public Safety Administrative Office at vbraim@baypath.edu . Directions are also available on the My Bay Path Portal under campus resources.
Accessability Services
Bay Path University is committed to providing equal access to all students in all programs. Students with disabilities who wish to request reasonable accommodations must register with the AccessAbility Services office. Students should register with AccessAbility Services as soon as possible after acceptance to Bay Path.
