Bay Path University has recently partnered with CASHNet, a leading payment processing company in the higher education industry, for student billing and payment plans.

Students will benefit from many enhanced features that are not currently available through the My Bay Path University Portal. Students (and their parents or another designee if desired) will be able to view the student billing statement on our web portal, make electronic tuition payments via credit card or ACH (electronic check), and establish tuition payment plans.

With the CASHNet system you will be able to:

  • Store payment information in the CASHNet system- no need to find your card or checkbook every time you want to make a payment.
  • Provide system access to your parent or another designee to pay on your behalf.
  • View your recent account activity anytime.
  • Make a one-time payment or sign up for a monthly tuition payment plan.
  • See all of your account history (payments, statements) for 12 months.
  • Receive convenient email reminders when your new bill becomes available.
  • Receive email confirmations of each payment you make.
  • Sign up for direct deposit of your financial aid and other refunds through CASHNet using a safe and secure eRefund application.
  • Access the system conveniently 24/7.
  • Pay online, anytime.
  • Use electronic billing.
  • View and download 1098T tax forms electronically.
  • Set up email and text alert notifications.

ACH (E-Check) payments can be made at no additional cost. Credit and debit card tuition payments will carry a 2.75% processing fee, Payment plans will now be available to all students – see Frequently Asked Questions for additional information about payment plan options and fees.
