TAWC Career Development Hub

Boost your career and confidence with tools available here for students of The American Women's College.

Our Career Development Vision

As an adult student, you already have a wealth of valuable life and work experiences that you bring to the table. Now it’s time to take your career to the next level.

We have carefully designed our career development program to meet your unique needs and to build off the foundation of our WELL program and your other academic, co-curricular, and professional experiences.

There are five important steps in the process of career decision-making:

► Reflect
 Explore
► Connect
► Prepare
► Achieve

You can build your skills using the resources on this site 24/7, whenever you need them.

We also encourage you to take advantage of our weekly virtual group career coaching sessions or our virtual resume, cover letter, job search and LinkedIn skills training webinars. We’ll be offering virtual industry meetups with potential employers, alums, or faculty which you can join in real-time or view after they’ve been archived on our YouTube channel. For more information and to register for an event, visit Bay Path Handshake.
