Pedro Spivakovsky-Gonzalez, JD, MPhil, BA

Pedro Spivakovsky-Gonzalez is an Adjunct Faculty member for Bay Path University's MS in Organizational Leadership and Negotiation. He is also a Skadden Fellow at Veterans Legal Services in Boston, where he represents low-income veterans in housing, family, benefits, and consumer debt cases. He has a particular interest in the applications of negotiation theory to legal aid and economic development, and he has participated in numerous mediations in state and federal courts in the Boston area.

Pedro received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as President of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. He graduated with an M. Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. in Economics and Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to law school he was a John Gardner Fellow and Research Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers in the Obama Administration. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and listening to country music.
