Westfield State University - Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis; Nova Southeastern University - Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Special Education (still in progress)

Christal’s professional experience includes working in home, community and school based settings as a behavior analyst. Christal is currently the President/Executive Clinical Director of a private Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency providing medical services and school consultation to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Christal received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently completing her dissertation for her Doctorate of Education Specializing in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University. Her dissertation subject is on peer-implemented pivotal response training.

Christal is currently an ABA Supervisor and Adjunct Instructor here at Bay Path. She is passionate about the science of ABA and enjoys working with aspiring behavior analysts to develop their skills to improve the lives of the individuals they work with.
