We follow in the footsteps of bold women. Women who have taken great risks and made tremendous strides in many areas, so that today women make up 46.7% of the U.S. workforce. Yes, we’ve come far, but we’ve yet to rise to our potential as leaders or be acknowledged for our true value. We need to keep striving. We need to BE BOLD because…
Women comprise only 14.1% of the executive officers in Fortune 500 companies; 3.6% are CEOs of Fortune 500 companies; of the more than 3,000 colleges in the United States, 25% are headed by women; and in politics, there are only six female governors and women hold 17% of the seats in the House and Senate.* But it’s not just in leadership positions. We need to BE BOLD because the future for ALL OF US depends on it.
