Why Food Science and Safety at The American Women’s College?
Working closely with leaders in the field of food science and safety, The American Women’s College of Bay Path University has designed a special educational program for individuals, organizations and businesses that produce, prepare or serve food.
The 29-credit Certificate in Food Science & Safety can be earned totally online and in less than 16 months. All courses are taught in accelerated, six-week sessions - one course at a time. These courses are offered to both men and women and are appropriate for people of any background.
The Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Food Science & Safety can be completed be earning the required 120 credits. This bachelor's degree may be completed by women only.
No prior science coursework is required to enroll and succeed in either program described above. However, a strong interest in science is recommended.
