Since 1988 Annie has worked at Amego, Inc. in various positions. Currently Annie is the Vice President of Clinical Services at Amego, Inc. She received a Masters of Science degree in Behavioral Education from Simmons College and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Annie oversees the Clinical Programming for individuals diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: developing and implementing behavior support plans; Leading Chair for Human Rights Committee, Peer Review Committee and Positive Behavior Supports; Training Staff in Applied Behavior Analysis and Supervise a team of BCBA®’s. She is the S.O.L.V.E. Physical Restraint Instructor and Restraint Coordinator at Amego, Inc. She has trained with the developer of S.O.L.V.E. Inc. at other provider agencies.
Annie is a Positive Behavior Supports consultant for the Department of Developmental Services. This includes working closely with a variety of providers in Mass to train, development and implement the Positive Behavior Supports curriculum.
Since 2011 Annie has been an Adjunct Professor at Bay Path University and mentors graduate students which includes providing assistance with students to ensure readiness through the program. She is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, Mass Association for Behavior Analysis, and Association for Professional Behavior Analysts.
