The Women Empowered as Learners and Leaders Program

WELL Program

Women-focused. Purposeful leadership. Global, multi-cultural perspectives. Social awareness. Confidence and conviction.

Women as Empowered Learners and Leaders (WELL) is designed to celebrate the unique nature of Bay Path College and its students. This comprehensive program will help students connect with and make meaning of the many opportunities Bay Path has to offer. By engaging in the various components of the program, students will enrich their undergraduate experience and maximize their potential as learners and leaders who understand and can influence the world around them. Through WELL, students have shared experiences and build a personal learning network that connects them to the college and to the community. The program weaves together a focus on academics, social connections, career preparation, enhancement of self-awareness, and development of scholarship and leadership skills.
