We are dedicated to providing a broad range of services to our employees, who are instrumental in achieving the University’s strategic vision. We strive to provide support and consultation to the University’s deans, administrators and managers to ensure the University’s ongoing ability to attract, develop and retain talented and dedicated faculty and staff.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for all aspects of Personnel Management, Benefits Administration, and Employee Relations. It is responsible for the development, implementation and communication of the University’s human resource policies and procedures, recruitment and retention, employee relations, and administration of all employment benefits. Policies and procedures are developed and administered to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory mandates and reporting requirements. The department oversees the performance evaluation program for staff and administrative employees, and provides professional development opportunities which support University employees and their valued role within the institution, and in achieving their personal and professional educational and career goals.
