Phi Beta Lambda's mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. Members benefit from leadership and training contact made through networking, and opportunities to apply their knowledge through business-related activities. Today Phi Beta Lambda is made of 12,000 postsecondary students across 500 campuses across the United States.
