Bay Path’s Legal Studies Department has become known among area law schools for preparing students to succeed in law school. Our graduates compete nationally with students from other universities and colleges and are admitted to excellent law schools. Once in law school, they do exceptionally well; several recent graduates are at or near the top of their law school classes and serve on law review. The program also prepares students well for other fields of graduate study; the skills and experiences gained in the legal studies curriculum enable students to tackle coursework, think critically and analytically and do the research and writing required for successful graduate work in business, information management, criminal justice, public policy, journalism, and even theater.
