Focus
FOCUS is a self-paced, online career and education planning tool for use by college students. It will enable you to self-assess your career relevant personal qualities and explore career fields and major areas of study that are most compatible with your assessment results. Students who use FOCUS make better decisions about their goals and plans and learn how to self-manage their careers.
Use FOCUS to help you - Choose or change your major and also to verify your preferences or early choice of a career field.

How do You Take FOCUS?
- Obtain a login from Career Services by e-mailing careerservices@baypath.edu or call 413.565.1290.
- Once you have a log-in, click here for first-time users
- Schedule an appointment with Career Services to review your results upon completion of the assessment.
- Once you are registered, click here to return to your FOCUS data

If you have an account in the old FOCUS, you need to create a new account in FOCUS-V2?
If you have an existing account the old FOCUS your can import your results into the new FOCUS-V2.
How to transfer your existing data from the old FOCUS into FOCUS-V2:
You must create a new account. When completing the self registration form, you will be asked once if you would like to import your old results. You should select “yes” and then continue through the self registration process.
