Management
As a management major, you study interpersonal and group dynamics, as well as other aspects of management such as social responsibility. The in-depth fundamentals of planning, decision-making, organizing, staffing, communicating, motivation, and leading are key concepts that will be covered through the curriculum.
Hands-on Emphasis
With a hands-on emphasis, you'll use case studies to learn about leadership concepts, motivational theories, and organizational behavior. Faculty also lead you on an exploration of historical trends and current methods of management, along with specialized topics such as the nature of corporate cultures, gender specific perspectives and labor relations.
