“The initial spark of my entrepreneurial fire started when I saw that here at Bay Path College, people believed in me. Bay Path is turning me into tomorrow’s woman, business leader. From courses in performing arts and student organizations, the College opens my eyes to the possibilities available to me by providing opportunities to network with regional business owners, and share my business ideas with them. Just this last year, I went on to compete against my peers in the annual Elevator Pitch Competition sponsored by the Harold Grinspoon Charitable Foundation's Entrepreneurship Initiative. There, I presented my idea for a new cell phone application, and got experience pitching my product to investors and bankers—the key decision-makers.

The face of business is changing, and Bay Path instills in you the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation needed to change with it. Your professors know what is best for you, and the College prepares you to have the poise, confidence, and professionalism needed to succeed. I definitely have been inspired by my professors and the entrepreneurs that I have been fortunate to meet. As a student, you will find that you learn just as much outside of the classroom as you do inside, and your peers support you every step of the way. Bay Path taught me to have confidence in any venue.”
