The Bachelor of Science in Business is designed for women who need relevant business, communication, leadership, and technological skills to enhance their professional career.
In this program you will gain theoretical and practical knowledge in areas of financial analysis, capitalism, leadership, management, organizational behavior, policy, ethics, and legal responsibility. You will be taught how to sharpen your analytical skills through use of technology. You will be taught how to interpret and respond to environmental situations in business resulting from an ever-changing global marketplace. Additionally, you will increase your awareness of multicultural and diverse opportunities.
Concentrations available in:
Strategic Human Resource Management
This concentration is available online only and prepares you to engage as leaders and strategic business partners in for-profit as well as not-for profit organizations. The curriculum requirements are aligned with those of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Advanced Paralegal Studies
In this program you take a sequence of six pre-selected legal specialty courses that cover theory and practical application in the areas of law, procedure, and legal process. Upon completion of the B.S. in Business with Advanced Paralegal Studies, you will be prepared to enter the workforce as a paralegal in corporations, law firms, financial institutions and government agencies. Paralegals work under the supervision of attorneys and are not authorized to engage in the practice of law. Upon completion of all requirements for the B.S. in Business with Advanced Paralegal Studies, you will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies, which is approved by the American Bar Association.
Executive Management
This degree program prepares you for management and leading professional roles in a business environment. With a particular emphasis on learning how to address the complex issues of today’s day-to-day business world, the curriculum emphasizes the integration of management, marketing, and finance.
Associate Degree Program in Business
