“For more than a decade, I’ve been driven to pursue a graduate degree in library science, which would lead me to a career working in an academic library. This is my dream and like many, I had to start my journey on the right path. It was always in the back of my mind that I might not reach my goal but after enrolling in the One-Day program, I know now that my dream is attainable.

My liberal studies education piques my interest in multiple subjects, from research and writing to social problems and fine arts. I eagerly anticipate settling into the classroom every Saturday. When I’m in class, I’m exposed to new ideas and information, and challenged to broaden my horizons. I’m driven to continue my education and achieve my goals, and I’m confident I’m finally on my path to success.”
