Women and Retirement Workshop

02.12.2009 —Event is free and open to the public

LONGMEADOW, Mass.—Neighbors, families and friends are invited to join the Bay Path College community on Thursday, February 26, in Breck Suite, Wright Hall on the Longmeadow Campus at 7 p.m. for the “Women and Retirement Workshop.” Presented by Shelly Coville, registered representative of National Planning Corporation, the workshop will teach attendees how to plan for retirement in today’s economy. Sponsored by Kaleidoscope: Perspectives on Culture, Life and Learning, the event is free and open to the public.

Focused specifically on women investors, the OppenheimerFunds workshop will inform women and men of all ages about investing in today’s markets and saving for retirement. The workshop is for everyone, ranging from high school and college students to professionals in their first job or third. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how even a “small” amount put aside from a paycheck can make a difference. Coville will guide the audience to a better understanding of planning for their future.

No registration is required for this event, and walk-ins are welcome. For more event information, contact Briana Sitler at 413.565.1066 or 800.782.7284 ext. 1066 or bsitler@baypath.edu.
