Wildcats split doubleheader with Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts

Bay Path College split a pair of non-conference games with Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts 12-9 and 9-5. The "Wildcats" move to 7-5 overall and the "TrailBlazers" go to 3-11 overall with wins of 13-5 & 14-0. Bay Path has now won 6 of 7 and had a 5 game winning streak broken.
Bay Path College was led by the hitting of Jessica Priestly who had 2 hits and 3 rbi's. Sarah Gates (Granby, CT) had 2 hits and connected for her 1st collegiate homerun. Sam Gunseth hit 2 more home runs on the day and drove in 6 runs for the BPC. Gunseth has 4 homeruns in the past 4 games. Taylor Kenyon had 4 hits and 5 rbi's for MCLA.
Bay Path College next plays home on Sunday, April 6 at 1 pm vs. Mitchell College of CT.
