Who is speaking this year?
Information changes frequently as more speakers are added to the conference: please join our e-mail list and blog for updates throughout the year.
What should I wear/what my I bring?
Attendees are generally in business or business-casual attire. You will be networking and moving from main ballroom to breakout sessions during the day so wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing. We recommend a small handbag, as you will receive a tote with program materials at registration as an attendee.
I never got an e-mail confirmation; am I registered?
E-mail with subject line, Am I registered? to wlc@baypath.edu
When will I receive my badge?
At check-in (7:30 am – 8:15 am) the day of the conference, you will receive your badge and conference tote. After 8:15 am please see the Information desk for your badge. Please help us stay green; recycle your name badge, drop them in the red boxes as you exit.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy: Once you register, you have purchased a non-refundable ticket. You may however find a replacement attendee for your admission. Replacement Names must be submitted in writing to wlc@baypath.edu by March 12, 2012 and please indicate the original person and the correct contact information for the replacing person.
Seating
Seating is on a first come/first served basis except for Sponsor prepaid tables. Those who have assigned tables should consult volunteers in the ballroom (or check at the information desk) to find the location of their tables.
What is included in conference admissions?
Continental breakfast, lunch (a limited number are vegetarian), Keynote and Breakout Speakers, Health & Wellness Center, Career & Networking Center and the Exhibitor Hall.
Special Needs
Any requests that need to be made due to special needs must be made in writing and received by March 1, 2012. Please e-mail with subject line, Special needs to wlc@baypath.edu
What if I lost something?
During the day of the conference please check at the Information desk for lost items. After the conference, please e-mail wlc@baypath.edu with a description of the item lost or call 413-565-1307.
Is this CEU eligible?
Attendees are eligible for 6 Continuing Education Units (CEU) or for 6 qualifying hours through the Board of Registration in Public Accountancy only, for full day attendance at this conference. To obtain credit, please turn in your name badge at the end of the conference to the Information Desk with handwritten – Need CEU Certificate.
What if I am a vegetarian?
We offer both a meat and vegan option for lunch in the ballroom. Please let your server know you want the vegan option. We also over a vegan option for the exhibitors.
