Chrissy Ordyna Scores 1000th Point

Bay Path College is excited to announce that Senior Chrissy Ordyna, (Monument Mountain Regional High School, Great Barrington, MA) has become the third women's basketball player to reach 1,000 points in her career. During her 4-year career at Bay Path College "her dedication, loyalty and hard work has made her teammates and the program better" according to head coach R.J. Toner.
Ordyna accomplished this on February 12 against North Atlantic Conference rival Becker College. She finished the game with 16 points to increase the total to 1,005 points overall.
She now ranks in the top three all-time behind Melissa Palmer '00, (Tantasqua High School, North Brookfield, MA) with 1166 points and Michelle Frett '05, (Groveton High School, Groveton, NH) who finished with 1117.
In addition to the scoring accomplishment, she has set or continues to move up on the all-time list of rebounds, blocks, free throws and games played.

On Saturday, February 16 Chrissy will be honored at "Senior Day" along with fellow teammates, Laila Falkenberg and Kristin Dziuba.
