Preschool Welcomes New Director
09.27.2007 —Kelly Pincince joins Bay Path College Preschool as New Director.
The Bay Path College Preschool, located on the campus of Bay Path College in Longmeadow, welcomes Kelly Pincince as their new Director. Pincince has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialty in Family Studies. She comes to Bay Path with thirteen years experience as a Preschool and Kindergarten teacher.
“The mission of Bay Path College Preschool is to promote learning, socialization, independence, and self-confidence in our students,” said Pincince. “The students are provided with a developmentally appropriate curriculum in a safe, secure and educationally stimulating environment.”
Integrated into the thematic units are early literacy skills, math, science, music and movement, art, dramatic play, guest performers and field trips.
Bay Path College Preschool is an Early Childhood Laboratory setting and supports observational and field opportunities for Bay Path College students in Education, Psychology and Occupational Therapy departments.
Bay Path College Preschool enrolls children ages 2.9-3 years old for the Tuesday & Thursday classes and 4-5 year olds for the Monday, Wednesday & Friday classes.
