Graduate Admission Requirements
Below you will find the admissions requirements for each of our graduate degree programs.
MS Communications and Information Management
Offered at our Longmeadow Campus, Burlington Campus or Bay Path Online. Prospective students may apply for admission to the MSCIM program throughout the year. Students generally begin the program in the fall semester. For consideration of admission to the Bay Path MSCIM, candidates must submit the following:
- A completed application and nonrefundable application fee of $45.00
- An original essay on how the MSCIM will help me achieve my goals
- Undergraduate and graduate transcripts (the required undergraduate degree must be from a college or university whose accreditation is recognized by NEASC, a minimum GPA of 3.0 based on a 4.0 scale is preferred.)
- A current resume
- Evidence of two years of professional experience
- Two letters of recommendation
- Phone or in-person interview with the dean of graduate admissions, the director of the program, or a graduate faculty designee
MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices
Offered at our Longmeadow Campus or Bay Path Online. Prospective students may apply for admission to the MBA program throughout the year. Students generally begin the program in the fall semester. For consideration of admission to the Bay Path MBA, candidates must submit the following:
- A completed application and nonrefundable application fee of $45.00
- An original essay on how the MBA will help me achieve my goals
- Undergraduate and graduate transcripts (the required undergraduate degree must be from a college or university whose accreditation is recognized by NEASC, a minimum GPA of 3.0 based on a 4.0 scale is preferred.)
- A current resume
- Evidence of two years of professional experience
- Two letters of recommendation
- Phone or in-person interview with the dean of graduate admissions, the director of the program, or a graduate faculty designee
GMAT Requirement or Waiver
- The GMAT as a criteria for admission will be waived if the candidate has taken the GRE exam, holds another graduate degree or professional licensure such as a CPA or CMA, has five years of professional work history, or has significant analytical background
- Candidates who do not meet these criteria for waiving the GMAT must take the GMAT exam
- GMAT scores that are less than five years old that meet one of the following formulas: GMAT score of 500 or better with a minimum of 4.5 on the written portion of the GMAT,a score of at least 950 with this formula: 200 x four-year GPA + GMAT score, or a score of at least 1050 with this formula: 200 x junior/senior GPA + GMAT score
MS in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy
Offered at our Longmeadow Campus or Bay Path Online. For consideration of admission to the Nonprofit Management program, candidates must submit the following:
- A completed application and a nonrefundable application fee of $45.00
- Two letters of recommendation
- Undergraduate and graduate transcripts (undergraduate degree must be from an accredited college or university)
Master of Occupational Therapy
Offered at our Longmeadow Campus. For consideration of admission to the master of occupation therapy program, candidates must submit the following:
- A completed application and a nonrefundable application fee of $45.00
- Essay
- Two letters of recommendation
- Undergraduate transcripts. Completed bachelor's degree with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (the required undergraduate degree must be from a college or university whose accreditation is recognized by NEASC, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 based on a 4.0 scale)
- Occupational Therapy prerequisites: two courses in anatomy and physiology, and one course in each of the following: developmental psychology, statistics, and sociology or culture
