Ways to Volunteer
Class Agent
The Class Agent is the communication link between his/her class and the College. The class agent collects information on classmates, furnishes news of classmates for the Bay Pathway (published two times per year), informs the Alumni Relations office of address and name changes, and attends Bay Path alumni events whenever possible. Two or more people can share this position.
Class Reunion Chairs
The Reunion Chairs work closely with the Alumni Relations Office to organize class reunion programs. The Chair works with classmates to execute class mailings and phone calls to generate interest in reunion and to increase attendance and reunion class giving.
Annual Fund Volunteers
The Annual Fund Volunteers work with the Alumni Relations Office staff to plan and coordinate fundraising appeals to his/her class. He/she helps target annual fund participation and recommends strategies for promoting special funding needs of the college. A Annual Fund Volunteer may also provide text for acknowledgment letters and thank classmates for their gifts, and help to recruit alumni callers for the fall and spring phonathons. Two people can share this position.
