Ronald Campurciani began his teaching career at Bay Path College as an adjunct professor in 2006. He brings 24 years of experience working in law enforcement, and he is currently a captain with the West Springfield Police Department, a position he has held for 10 years. He serves as the lead instructor for the Municipal Police Training Committee, and his prior experience includes an assignment to a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Task Force. Over a 10-year period, Campurciani worked on national and international drug investigations and money laundering schemes. He has worked in an undercover capacity for many years, infiltrating outlaw motorcycle gangs, organized crime groups, and terrorist organizations.
Campurciani holds a master’s degree from Western New England College in Springfield, MA. He is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA, graduating first in his class. His expertise is in criminal investigations, police administration, and terrorism.
