Can we use psychology to better understand political topics such as racism or elected officials? This course examines how psychological theories can be used to explore a wide variety of important and controversial topics. Students investigate attitudes towards war, and the threat of terrorism as well as the way different societies deal with questions of race, sex, and poverty.
