Healthcare is constantly changing and occupational therapy practice is continually evolving to meet the needs of both traditional healthcare settings and nontraditional areas of practice. This course is designed as a capstone course, enabling students to explore new areas of occupational therapy practice, healthcare issues that impact the profession of occupational therapy and/or the clients they serve, or to delve more deeply into a specialty area. Topics and focus of the class will vary each year.
