OTP 420 — Research in Activities of Daily Living

Occupational Therapy

An effective occupational therapist uses evidence from research to plan effective treatment programs. This class introduces the theory of evidence-based practice. Students write a research proposal supported by an extensive literature review related to an activity of daily living including play, leisure, basic self-management, instrumental self-management, education, or work.
