NMP 650 — Operations Management for Nonprofit Organizations

This course introduces students to key nonprofit technical, functional, and operational areas and issues. Through case studies and other applied learning experiences, students will apply this knowledge to organizational practice and planning in such areas as program design and evaluation, managing staff and volunteers, quality control and management, and information technology. Drawing on their own experience in the workplace, participants will explore best practices for nonprofit management in contemporary society.
