In the capstone course of the MBA program, students adopt the perspective of the entrepreneurial manager and analyze contemporary problems of managing businesses in today’s dynamic, global economic environment. The course focuses on integrating management, marketing, product development, finance, information management, economics, ethical decision-making, and operations strategies as applied to real situations. Students demonstrate their mastery of the goals and outcomes of the MBA program through the following: discussions of the applications and synthesis of the principles of good management, analysis of relevant cases, simulations, projects and presentations, and reflection on previously completed MBA program courses.
