This course uses the case method to study entrepreneurial finance to examine how individual entrepreneurs, companies, and capital providers manage the entrepreneurial process and its financial aspects both domestically and internationally. It also incorporates the influx of cash from “angels” and other financial providers along with the financial aspects of operating a business. Financial statement analysis is covered in depth to include an accounting perspective for the entrepreneur.
