Using Our Facilities

 Hatch Library

All members of the Longmeadow community are welcome to use the facilities and non-restricted resources within Hatch Library.

While at Hatch, browse the selections, use the computers, or read from our extensive selection of periodicals. Visitors may be asked to complete a visitor registration card.

Hatch Library is open seven days a week during the academic year; holiday and summer hours are posted at the library. For more information on the hours or resources available at Hatch Libray call 413.565.1376 or visit their web site.

Fleming Book & Gift Center

The Fleming Book & Gift Center, which is open to the public, carries a large selection of the items.  These included magazines, Hallmark greeting cards, Burt's Bees products, Best Seller Books at 30% off, bargain books, office supplies, Vera Bradley stationery, snacks, phone cards, Crocs, stamps, health & beauty aids and much more!  

The Fleming Book & Gift Center's summer hours are Monday - Thursday noon to 6:00 p.m.,   Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and  Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  For more information e-mail the Fleming Book & Gift Center or call 413.565.1311. 

Room Rental

Some facilities on the Bay Path campus are available for use by external groups. Seminars, conferences, meetings, and weddings can all be held on our beautiful campus. If your gathering requires refreshments, catering services must be provided by Aramark Dining Services.
