MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking & Innovative Practices
Graduates enrolled in the M.B.A. in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices program are expected to:
Identify and apply their own business philosophies and be competent in critiquing existing business theories and applications.
Articulate an understanding of their value system and how this impacts the workplace and global economy.
Be able to think in a creative, innovative, and collaborative problem-solving manner and apply their thoughts and ideas to contemporary organizations.
Demonstrate effective leadership and management practices with an awareness of how their influence impacts the practices of organizations.
Motivate and inspire subordinates to create learning organizations.
Explain the impact of global issues in the business arena.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the various technical, functional, and specialized areas of business and be able to apply this knowledge to organizational practice and business planning.
Be able to conduct, organize, and present research in business, including the ability to interpret quantitative analysis.
Practice proficient communication, technology, and team facilitation skills and understand the value of strong interpersonal and articulation abilities.
Be socially responsible citizens of the global community.
Be able to work with a diverse workforce and consider multi-cultural issues in decision making and problem solving.
Be competent in areas required to pursue a doctoral degree.
